Independent market-research suppliers: AI workers that hand off visible work, not black boxes

Your analysts are not short of effort. They are short of hours spent re-reading transcripts, tracing a claim back to an excerpt, and rebuilding a theme matrix that was already half-finished two weeks ago. If your firm is 10–37 people and someone owns the research-operations side of delivery, the bottleneck is usually the reporting pack: excerpts in, themes out, every line sourced, every contradiction flagged rather than smoothed over.

In a hands-on Zati workshop, you build that workflow with David — and you keep operating it yourself afterwards.

Bring your evidence sample. Leave with a preview of the workflow.

Your first conversation with David is free. You receive an audit of your website's SEO, AEO and GEO, a preview of how a redesign could look, and a demo of what we could build for a research supplier like yours.

Bring one recurring responsibility, one example of your permitted inputs, and the result your team would accept. You keep the audit report and redesign preview whether or not you book a workshop. No strings attached.

What we build with you

A website prospects and clients can find and understand

Most research buyers start with a search for "market research agency" or "qualitative fieldwork partner". We use the audit to sharpen technical SEO, service pages, the mobile experience and the contact path, and to make your business information clearer for answer engines — so an AI assistant can accurately describe what you actually do. We redesign the agreed pages with you and show you how to update them, so the next improvement does not become another development project.

A voice agent for inbound inquiries

Set up an xAI voice agent around your business information, common questions and the details you need from callers — study type, methodology, geography, timeline. Work through the call flow together and test what happens when a caller asks something the agent should not answer. We agree on any booking, quotation, transfer or connected-tool action before it goes in. Your business decides what is handled automatically and what needs a person.

An AI-worker organization with named responsibilities

Give workers defined jobs with instructions, context, owners and explicit handoffs. Using Zati, Muse or GrokBot where the selected platform suits your work, a research engagement can be configured like this:

  • Evidence preparation worker — takes permitted de-identified excerpts and your coding guidance, returns a cited theme and contradiction matrix for researcher review.
  • Brief intake worker — takes the approved client brief, returns a requirements summary, the unanswered questions and a proposed handoff to fieldwork.
  • Reporting support worker — takes researcher-approved findings, returns a report outline with evidence references and unresolved claims marked.

We also create workers that maintain SEO, AEO and GEO: review pages, identify gaps, suggest updates and prepare changes for your review. You practice asking for work and improving instructions through conversation.

The skills to keep it working

You work alongside David. Practice changing information, reviewing a worker's output, spotting a mistake and making the next improvement yourself. You finish as the operator of the agreed setup, with your accounts, the operating guidance and a routine for checking and improving the work.

One workflow, proposed and prospective

Here is the first object we would scope together, described as a proposed example rather than a client account: de-identified transcript excerpts enter an evidence-preparation worker, and it returns a theme and contradiction matrix where each theme cites the excerpts behind it, and where two readings that conflict are recorded side by side instead of being merged. Your researcher decides the coding; the worker records both positions and pauses the thread for a human call when the evidence disagrees.

Choose the workshop depth that fits

Each package has a written scope and quote agreed on the call. Longer workshops give us room to connect more of the business and practise more deeply.

  • 2 hours — one agreed improvement or one worker, with hands-on practice and clear next steps.
  • 4 hours — a focused workflow and its maintenance routine, with time to test and repeat the changes yourself.
  • 8 hours — a broader setup across the agreed website, voice or worker tasks.
  • 16 hours — connect several agreed parts of the business and build confidence operating it.
  • 32 hours — a deeper multi-workflow programme with implementation, repeated practice and a fuller operating playbook.

Free website hosting is optional and separate from usage: domain renewals, phone and AI usage, and any paid software stay as their own costs, and we identify them before the workshop.

Questions before you begin

Where does the human decision boundary sit? Coding quality, interpretation and what the evidence supports stay with your researchers. A designated person approves anything client-facing. If a worker is blocked, the work pauses with its history intact.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations? No. We improve the agreed pages and create a maintenance process; search and answer engines determine their own results.

Does free hosting mean everything is free? It covers the hosting option we set up. Everything else remains a separate usage cost.

How does this fit our existing research tools? Bring your current stack to the call. We assess the connections, access and outputs your setup needs; connected access depends on supported capabilities and permission.
